The 3M™ Ambient Air Pump Inlet Hose Assembly is an additional 25 ft (7.62 m) hose to be used with the 3M™ Ambient Air Pump, 8050501.The 3M Ambient Air Pump is a low pressure pump and includes a sound reducing chamber, pressure gauge, and an adjustable pressure relief valve. It can be used to deliver air - similar to high pressure - to the worker. It is an economical solution to certain situations when supplied air respiratory protection is needed. 3M produces a wide variety of breathing tubes and powered air purifying respirators (PAPR). In addition to powered systems, 3M also offers supplied air respirators (SAR) using air from an air tank or a different external source.
